As a home inspector Chris has performed in excess of 9,000 inspections in the Central Texas area and holds the highest level license that (TREC) provides “professional” unrestricted. All Texas home inspectors are licensed. Chris is also Code certified, which is a very tough designation to achieve. In the home Inspection industry it is easy to scare people. He prefers to educate them.
