I don't fit the mold of the typical sales person even though my sales numbers have always been high. I would rather NOT make the sale than sell you something that is not in your best interest. That is why I say that "I do not SELL real estate!!!" I help clients solve real estate related problems. I typically work on a contingency basis - meaning that I get paid by commission.
